FIRE SAFETY MAINTENANCE

FireSafe Services NSW specialises in Fire Safety Equipment Maintenance for small business.  We understand the pressures a small business faces so we have developed a maintenance program that takes away the headache of maintaining your fire equipment.

FireSafe Services NSW technicians are nationally certified and recognised as 'competent fire safety practitioners' (CFSP) in Fire Safety Assessment and in conducting inspect & test maintenance work.

PACKAGES AVAILABLE

We have a variety packages starting from $580 a year which include two six monthly inspections plus an Annual Fire Safety Statement.

  • Fire extinguisher

  • Smoke detectors
  • Smoke doors
  • Annual Fire Safety Statement

Tailored Fire Safety Maintenance Packages Available

When you join our program, you are placed in our scheduling system. We will contact you in advance with a time and date of our intended visit or arrange a time suitable to you.

We will provide you with a routine activity report that details the state of your equipment, if they are due for replacement and also supply you with your AFSS.

In accordance with Clause 177 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment regulation 2000, the owner of a building where essential fire safety measures are applicable shall provide Council with an annual fire safety statement (AFSS)

Australian Standard 1851 – 2005 dictates that maintenance of fire protection systems and equipment requires frequency intervals of six-monthly and yearly.

As per section 19 of the Work Health & Safety Act 2011, ”the provision of adequate facilities for the safety and welfare of workers must be provided.”
