• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment 
• Certificate III in frontline management and resource operations (Aust Army). 
• Fire Safety Manager (NSW Health) They have also: 
• Studied at the University Of Western Sydney 
• Undergone emergency management continuous training 
• Conducted and completed exercises with Emergency Services Agencies FireSafe Services NSW, Alan and Dave are corporate members and strongly support the Fire Protection Association Australia’s compliance and continuation to the standards commitment with the Industry Code of Practice. They have represented for various committees including: 
• Aust Standards Committees 
• NSW Health Fire Safety Advisory Committee 
• TAC Technical Advisory Committee 
• Institute of Health Care Fire Safety (NSW)
